GRAPE VARIETIES:

VINIFICATION:
The selected grapes are harvested manually and placed in crates where they will dry naturally for about two months.
The pressing is performed very slowly and softly after the destemming and manual selection of the grapes.
After that, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and the wine is refined for about 12 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Golden in color, it has an intense aroma with hints of peach and ripe apricot.
It is harmonious, soft and enveloping on the palate.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol

PAIRINGS:
A meditation wine, it also nicely accompanies
blue cheeses and dry pastries.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-14°C

STORAGE:
In a cool, dry place for 24 months.
