The freshness and acidity typical of our grapes find perfect balance on the palate with the softness given by the residual sugar.

VINIFICATION:

After careful manual harvesting and soft pressing, the resulting must is then fermented at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, refermentation takes place in an autoclave for 2-4 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
