After careful manual harvesting, the grapes undergo soft pressing. The must obtained is then fermented at a controlled temperature.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Straw yellow with greenish reflections that announce
freshness, the nose is soft and notes of stone fruit such as apricot and white peach stand out, and white flowers, with fresh bread and dried fruit in the finish.
The palate is surprised by the roundness and softness that are immediately replaced by the freshness and acidic notes, unusual for an old vineyard but characteristic of the terroir.
